The short version: Birdie is licensed to you under Apple’s standard terms, the first 20 levels are free, and one purchase unlocks the rest.
Who we are
Birdie is published by WeThank Technologies FZE, United Arab Emirates (“we”).
Your licence
Birdie is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement governs your use of the app, together with these terms. Where the two differ, Apple’s agreement applies.
The Full Game
The first 20 levels are free. The Full Game is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks levels 21 to 200. It never renews and is not a subscription. It follows your Apple Account to your other devices, can be restored at any time, and is shared through Family Sharing.
Payments and refunds
All payments are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot process them directly.
Changes to the app
We may update Birdie to fix problems or add to it. If we ever change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
